As Sales Director, you lead the cultural and commercial transformation of the sales organisation. You bring structure, ownership, and customer focus to a fragmented team, turning it into a successful unit once again. You build scalable sales processes, strengthen customer relationships, and drive international expansion. Thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset, you and your team achieve double-digit growth and make a direct contribution to the company’s ambitions.

Act-3D B.V. is the developer of Lumion, leading SaaS software for real-time 3D architectural visualization. Lumion is used worldwide by architects and designers to quickly create photorealistic renders, animations and 360° panoramas. With broad compatibility with commonly used design programs, Lumion accelerates creative workflows, supports decision-making and makes complex designs instantly understandable.
Act-3D has strong growth ambitions: within the next 3 to 5 years, the company aims to triple its revenue.

Conditions
The company offers an attractive package including a salary between €100K and €150K, a bonus scheme, and the opportunity to participate in a SAR program.
