Your task
You will develop the market by not only working with converters, but also by actively influencing end customers, mainly within packaging. This ensures that honeycomb solutions are considered earlier in the decision-making process, creating more demand throughout the supply chain.
You identify opportunities, think strategically with customers and make applications commercially and technically tangible. Together with technical colleagues, you translate commercial opportunities into practical applications while building long-term relationships. In doing so, you make a visible contribution to Axxor’s growth ambitions and a more sustainable world.
After 1 Year you have built a strong sales pipeline with around 30 opportunities, approximately half of which are with new customers. You position Axxor earlier and more frequently at the table with larger converters and end customers, contributing directly to increasing market share within packaging.
Ambition
Axxor supports organizations worldwide in making products and packaging lighter, more efficient and more sustainable through cardboard honeycomb solutions, without compromising on protection or reliability. Where EPS falls short in terms of environmental footprint and recyclability, honeycomb offers a more sustainable alternative, supported by Axxor’s own LCA calculations. From the very first stage, Axxor works closely with converters and end users to develop scalable and reliable applications, backed by deep expertise in materials, technology and supply chains.
The ambition is to play a leading role in sustainable packaging towards 2030, with honeycomb driving the replacement of approximately 50% of EPS in packaging while expanding internationally across converters and new markets.
