Your task

As Area Sales Manager, your key task is to oversee and strategically develop the distributor network, ensuring that even more OEM customers can benefit from vibration reduction, noise damping, and more efficient production thanks to Firestone Airide air springs. This involves setting ambitious sales targets, strengthening market positioning, and enhancing brand perception within the EMEA market. You will collaborate closely with the broader sales team and the Sales Director EMEA to ensure strategic alignment and seamless teamwork.

In your first year, you have established initial contacts, appointed distributors who will actively approach the market, and achieved a minimum growth of 5% in your region, contributing to the ambitions of Firestone Airide.
