Business Manager

As the Business Manager, you are the driving force behind the organization’s growth, with a specific focus on research activities. You translate market opportunities into concrete initiatives and ensure the strategic execution of the business plan, with a keen focus on technological advancement and scientific innovation. In this role, you oversee both research and operational processes, ensuring that internal and external departments are well-coordinated. This enables them to collaborate efficiently and effectively, driving the company’s continued growth and innovation.

After 1 year, the internal processes are documented in a handbook, and effective communication between departments is established.
