Your task
Your task is to maximize the potential of the existing retail network and acquire new partners for European Aerosols. You open doors to the most important Polish retail chains and partners in the DIY and food sectors. With a strong focus on service, speed of execution, focus, insight, and a well-prepared sales concept, you can meet the expectations of buyers. Your personal approach and commitment ensure that distributors and direct customers become brand ambassadors.
After one year, you have a solid understanding of your territory and the product portfolio. You are sitting at the table with the right decision-makers within the retail chains. You understand the decision-making unit (DMU) and their sensitivities, which results in a broader product assortment on the shelves. You are also familiar with internal procedures and operate in a well-organized manner, fully aligned with European Aerosols’ organizational culture.
Ambition
The European Aerosols Group is a European leader in the development of spray solutions for paint, varnishes, and technical products. In addition to producing around 150 million spray cans per year, European Aerosols also manufactures fillers and touch-up pens.
With brands such as MOTIP, DUPLI-COLOR, presto, PlastiKote, ColorMatic, and ColorMark, European Aerosols is active in the automotive, DIY, and industrial markets. Each brand has its own unique characteristics. In addition to their own brands, European Aerosols also produces private label products.
They are already number 1 in Europe. To maintain that position, they are preparing for future challenges by further strengthening the organization. Their ambition is to be a comprehensive and sustainable partner for customers, supporting them wherever needed. Doubling revenue within five years is certainly achievable.
