Your task
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in KPS’s international growth. You will build a global customer and project portfolio and help KPS grow from a strong niche player to a market leader in oil & gas and new domains such as CCS and biofuels. You will manage complex sales processes from initial contact to contract and connect technology and commerce by challenging engineers to come up with smart, scalable and future proof solutions.
In your first year you will focus on building a solid international sales pipeline and realise at least 5 concrete business opportunities within the target groups of EPC contractors, end users and metering companies. With your technical expertise, entrepreneurship and international outlook, you will contribute to the further professionalisation, diversification and sustainable growth of KPS.
Ambition
KPS is a fast-growing and specialised player in the oil and gas sector. With in-depth technical know how and patented measurement solutions, KPS develops customer specific sampling, analysis and blending systems for the most complex situations. These systems are known for their reliability, accuracy and durability and support leading international oil companies in optimising their processes and decision making.
KPS is on the verge of an ambitious growth phase over the next five years, it aims to double its turnover to €20 million and position itself as the global number one in measurement systems for the oil and gas industry. At the same time, it is strategically expanding its portfolio towards sustainable energy, with the specific goal of securing at least two projects within CCS or biofuels.
