This information is not sold, traded or shared with parties that have nothing to do with Velde’s services. Velde observes the requirements of data protection legislation in the Netherlands in all cases.

When using Velde’s website and services, you leave certain information with us. Velde obtains personal data from you, for example the data you provide to us via website, email, telephone, candidate portal. Velde may also obtain personal data from third parties as part of our services.

As part of our services, we may record conversations and. These recordings are used for the following purposes:

Reporting and data processing: Recording interviews allows us to accurately process and document the information provided so that we can focus our full attention on the conversation.

We process this data based on our legitimate interest to improve our services and process accurate data. Prior to recording, we inform you about this and explicitly ask for your consent.

Recordings are shared exclusively with our processor in2dialog. We have a processor agreement with them to ensure that your data is processed securely. Recordings are kept for a maximum period of six months, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After that, the recording will be deleted completely.

As a candidate, you use a candidate portal in which you manage and edit your data yourself.

When you apply for a specific vacancy, Velde asks your permission to make your personal data available to the client of this vacancy until you indicate that you no longer wish to do so. Velde will use your CV and/or motivation (name and address, e-mail address, telephone number) in its dealings with clients.

When you create a personal profile, Velde needs data. We use this data to keep you informed of interesting vacancies and other information that may be useful for the use of our site.Only when you give us your explicit permission will we make your data available to one of our clients, we are not resume writers. In addition, we keep your data in our database for 2 years. If we have had no contact (by e-mail, telephone or in person) during the current year, we will automatically remove your data from our database.

At any time you can view your personal profile and change information such as your CV. If you want to remove all your data from our files, please contact us or remove your data via ‘my profile’ (see contact details below).

You can subscribe to a job listing by e-mail. To do so, give us your name and e-mail address, among other things. We will use this information to email you a weekly summary of Velde’s new vacancies. You can also receive vacancies via RSS feeds without providing your e-mail address.

At the bottom of each mailing you will find the option to edit your information or to unsubscribe.
